I’m Danny and I work in legal technology, building platforms that help law firms grow their practices through content and AI-driven tools. I have a strong interest in commercial law broadly — particularly intellectual property, technology transactions, and data privacy — and follow developments in M&A, corporate governance, and commercial litigation.
